Sometimes prayer feels hard to put into words. Creativity can become a quiet way to show up with God—right where you are.

1) Breath + one word

Breathe in slowly and write one word you need today (peace, courage, rest).

2) Circle a phrase from Scripture

Write a short verse and circle the phrase that stands out. Add color around it.

3) A simple ‘amen’ mark

Make one repeated mark (dots, lines, small crosses) as a way of saying ‘amen’ with your hands.

4) Gratitude collage

Tear paper and glue down 3 small pieces that represent what you’re grateful for.

5) Lament in color

Choose one color and let it hold what’s heavy. Write one honest sentence to God.

6) Blessing list

Write the names of 3 people and add a simple symbol beside each as a blessing.

7) Close with a simple prayer

End with: ‘God, meet me here.’
