About the event
The Art of Healing and Recovery is the story of my heart told through color, texture, and truth. On January 8, 2026, I celebrated five years in recovery from addiction, and this gallery show is one of the dreams that recovery made possible. Art has carried me through some of the darkest and most beautiful moments of my life—it has given me a voice, a safe place to feel, and a way to turn pain into something honest and healing. From February 23 through April 11, 2026, at Paradise Center for the Arts in Faribault, Minnesota, I will be sharing that journey in real time, with an opening reception on February 27 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. This show is more than an exhibit to me; it is a living reflection of hope, healing, and the quiet miracle of becoming whole again.
